Process Expo Moves Slightly Later, to Nov. 2

March 18, 2021
Food and beverage processing and packaging show still in Chicago's McCormick Place.

Process Expo, the biennial tradeshow dedicated to food & beverage machinery, is moving to a slightly different date and a slightly different location, although still in Chicago's McCormick Place Convention Center this fall.

This year's show will be Nov. 2-5, instead of the originally scheduled Oct. 12-15, and will be in the South Hall of McCormick Place instead of the two levels of the Lakeside Center/East Building.

Show organizers – the Food Processing Suppliers Assn. and Messe Frankfurt – say the slight changes will give a better, safer visitor experience. South Hall can accommodate the entire show on a single level with higher ceilings and more spacing, in case this coronavirus still lingers. See myprocessexpo.com.
