Reverse osmosis systems extend boiler life

Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems expand the company's Complete Solutions and Lifecycle Partnerships portfolio to include high-purity water treatment. Designed for facilities with challenging source water conditions -- such as high total dissolved solids (TDS), elevated hardness levels or specific contaminants that water softening alone cannot adequately address – these systems deliver consistent, feedwater for steam boiler applications, reducing scale formation and improving long-term system efficiency. The Basic Reverse Osmosis configuration features manual control with simplified dual-panel setup, rotameters, manual valves, and two elements per vessel in a horizontal configuration. The Premium Reverse Osmosis System with Uptime includes Miura's intelligent control platform with 15-in.h HMI touchscreen, comprehensive instrumentation (flow meters, pressure transmitters, temperature/pH/ORP sensors), automated diagnostic alerts, and integration with BP Panel and Miura Connect for remote visibility.

Peristaltic pump for metering

The RT Series Peristaltic Pump is engineered to prioritize safety, simplify maintenance, reduce environmental impact and optimize operational costs for industries requiring chemical metering solutions that are efficient, sustainable and cost-effective. It features a completely sealed pump head, designed to make maintenance processes safer. Tube replacement can be performed quickly and economically, while the pump head is specifically designed to safely release chemicals, helping to protect both operators and the surrounding environment. Incorporated Fluxdrive technology reduces copper use, requires less energy during operation, and is designed to run cooler and longer. These features aim to reduce the pump’s overall environmental footprint while maintaining reliable performance.

Advanced product movement flexibility

The C3 compact curve conveyor excels in many applications including confectionery, packaged goods and food handling. Utilizing food grade belting and a unique design, it precisely moves products through curves up to 180 degrees. With its multiple curve angles, this conveyor is a suitable solution for a facility that needs to increase their production within the confines of a small area. The flexibility and precision allows for manufacturers to ensure products will be transported to the right place, in the right position, and the right orientation every time.
