This new offering extends the SafetyReel family of premium industrial hose reels with features designed to meet strict food-processing standards and support safer, cleaner workplaces, while maintaining food-grade airflow throughout your system. Every component in contact with compressed air, from housing and hose to couplings and seals, meets FDA and EU food-contact regulations, giving processors confidence in hygiene-critical applications. SafetyReel FS features a newly developed food-grade stop-ball in metal- and X-ray-detectable plastic, supporting foreign object detection systems and adding an extra level of safety in food production environments. It’s is available in hose lengths from 10 to 17 meters (approx. 32.8 to 55.8 feet) with Pur food-grade hose, making it suitable for a wide range of facility layouts.
