Crescent Foods, a provider of certified hand-cut Halal poultry and meat products, has rolled out new packaging and logo innovations to improve its product accessibility, distinctiveness and convenience. New features of the rebranded chicken product line includes:
Individual product names are now prominently displayed in big, boldface type, and packages include enhanced photography to help consumers more quickly find and identify products. QR codes have been added to packages that lead directly to recipes, so that consumers can shop for additional ingredients needed for their meals using the chicken.
In product for the club store channel, saddle packages help consumers store larger amounts of the product in the refrigerator or freezer. Individually quick-frozen (IQF) products feature resealable bags with on-package recipe and meal ideas.
Trimmed, fresh chicken cuts are packaged in clear, recycle-ready plastic trays to give consumers a view of every side of the product inside. Finally, Crescent products display protein per serving prominently to help consumers seeking that information for their nutritional needs.
Crescent Foods chicken products are available in fresh tray packages, fresh retail rollstock pouches, and breaded chicken bags, as well as the aforementioned saddle packages for fresh club store product and IQF bags.
