Korpack, a Bloomingdale, Ill., supplier of packaging and co-packing services, recently opened a third location in nearby Carol Stream, Ill., thereby offering new services to brand owners in the consumer packaged goods category.

The additional facility is mostly for vendor managed inventory and automation capabilities, allowing them to separate their packaging inventory from their growing automation lines as they continue to expand into contract packaging. It brings total space of the three locations to 200,000 sq. ft.

Korpack [www.korpack.com] has pouching lines, a cartoner, shrink tunnel and a bundle wrapper as well as manual lines. It's SQF, USDA, FDA certified and is an approved warehouse for Costco, Walmart and Aldi.
