Shaunte Mears-Watkins was named chief commercial officer to lead enterprise-wide growth initiatives. She leaves The Clorox Co., where she was most recently vice president of strategy, following senior positions in brand management, sales and marketing.
Roma McCaig is new senior vice president of impact and communications, including oversight of the company’s sustainability strategy and community initiatives. She was vice president of corporate responsibility and sustainability at Campbell Soup Co.
Hari Avula is chief financial and strategy officer, overseeing enterprise business strategy and financial management. He was at Walgreens Boots Alliance and earlier PepsiCo, where he was CFO of the Frito-Lay North America Division.
All three positions will report directly to CEO Sally Grimes, the former Tyson Foods executive who took over last June from the company’s founders and co-CEOs Gary Erickson and Kit Crawford.
