Keurig Dr Pepper has announced a series of changes to its top executive ranks, following the naming of a new CEO.

In the wake of the decision to promote Ozan Dokmecioglu, CFO and president of the company’s international division, to CEO, other changes to the c-suite are coming:

George Lagoudakis, currently senior vice president of finance for cold beverages, will serve as interim CFO until a successor to Dokmecioglu can be found.

The position of president, cold beverages, has been more narrowly focused, with some of its responsibilities transferred to a new position of president, commercial. The current president, cold beverages, Derek Hopkins, will leave the company at the end of this year. Andrew Archambault, currently chief customer officer, has been promoted to president, commercial, effective Aug. 1. The position of president, cold beverages, will be filled from outside by year's end.

Mauricio Leyva, who joined the company in 2020 and currently serves as president, coffee, will assume an expanded role as group president, effective Aug. 1. David Thomas, currently head of R&D, is retiring but will stay on until an external successor is hired.
