Tropicana Brands Group Names New CEO

Veteran beverage exec Paul Chibe will lead the fresh and chilled juice joint venture owned by PAI Partners and PepsiCo.

Fresh and chilled beverage company Tropicana Brands Group (TBG) has appointed Paul Chibe to be its chief executive officer effective Nov. 10, 2025. Chibe replaces Glen Walter, who will remain with the company through the end of the year in an advisory role, according to a release.

Chibe most recently served as CEO of Pabst Brewing Co., and also served as president and CEO of Ferrero North America prior to that. In addition, his more than 25 years of CPG and beverage industry leadership experience includes time as the chief marketing officer for Anheuser-Busch InBev and senior leadership positions at Wrigley. He drove significant growth at Pabst, expanded Ferrero’s North American presence, and oversaw successful innovations at AB InBev, the release noted.

His achievements include launching successful innovations at Anheuser-Busch InBev, expanding Ferrero’s North American presence, and driving significant growth at Pabst. Chibe will lead TBG’s global portfolio of juice brands, including Tropicana, Naked, KeVita, Izze, Dole and Copella — a group established in 2022 as a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo.
