The former Manna Beverages locations in Anaheim, Calif., which abruptly closed in October, have been purchased by US Beverage Packers West LLC, a subsidiary of Arizona Beverages USA, according to a release from Harry Davis & Co., which brokered the deal.

It’s the second sale of former Manna facilities in California in the last month by the broker, with Redwood Beverage Group LLC having acquired Manna’s former production facility in West Sacramento, Calif., in mid-November.

The Anaheim acquisition by US Beverage Packers West is expected to bring back hundreds of jobs that were lost when the complex was shuttered. Harry Davis CEO Lenny Davis said “the Anaheim operation held exceptional strategic value for the beverage industry,” and its availability drew immediate interest. Terms and details of the transaction were not disclosed in the announcement.
