Hershey Appoints Chief Customer Officer to Lead U.S. Confection Sales Team

Industry veteran Tiffany Menyhart joins the company after stints at Kraft Heinz, Sodexo and Mars Wrigley.

The Hershey Co. has named Tiffany Menyhart to be its chief customer officer effective March 17, 2025, according to a release from the company. Menyhart brings 30 years of sales and CPG experience — 15 of those years spent in confection — to the role. She will lead Hershey’s U.S. Confection sales team, pushing the company’s efforts to become a snacking powerhouse.

Menyhart joins the company from Kraft Heinz, where she spent more than four years, most recently serving as area vice president (SVP), Strategic Accounts & Growth Channels, according to her LinkedIn profile. She has also held executive leadership positions at Sodexo and Mars Wrigley Confectionery in the past eight years. Prior, she spent more than a decade working her way through various leadership roles at Wrigley.

Menyhart is expected to guide Hershey’s next growth phase, bringing enthusiasm and a fresh outlook to the business, according to a statement from Andrew Archambault, president, U.S. Confection, The Hershey Co.
