A Happier Thanksgiving With THC-Infused Gravy

Nov. 2, 2022
Kiva Confections’ Turkey Gravy will keep the family conversations mellow.

Worried about awkward political, social or cultural discussion around the Thanksgiving table? All it takes to make everyone happy and mellow during and for quite a while after dinner is a little turkey gravy … infused with THC.

Just in time for the stressful holidays, Kiva Confections, a California maker of cannabis-infused products, is bringing back its limited-edition Kiva Turkey Gravy, first introduced in 2019. In addition to the normal gravy ingredients, it includes 10mg of tetrahydrocannabinol, the psychoactive component of marijuana. (THC). The product will be available beginning Nov. 2, although only in California.

“With an increasing social, political, and cultural divisiveness driving apart families and friends, Kiva Cannabis-Infused Gravy is back to unite us all around the dinner table,” the company writes. “Turkey, mashed potatoes, awkward conversations - you can drown them all in the flavor of rosemary, thyme, and oregano. And thanks to 10mg of THC, your household will be back in harmony in no time - each remembering that it’s all…truly…gravy.”

And it’s only a nickel bag!. Er, we mean the cost per the packet is only $5. Available at dispensaries across California.

We’ve written in the past about Kiva Confections’ confections: THC-infused chocolates, gummies and mints.
