Amy’s Kitchen Announces Two New Additions to Executive Team
Organic and natural frozen foods company Amy’s Kitchen has announced two executive leadership changes aiming to help the company embark on a new chapter of innovation and transformation. Mel Cash has been appointed chief growth officer of Amy’s Kitchen, and Leanne Molter has been promoted to chief financial officer, according to a release from the company.
Cash most recently served as chief marketing and innovation officer at Nestlé North America, helping to elevate brands such as Stouffer’s and Sweet Earth. Prior to that, she led the Special K and Morningstar Farms brands for Kellogg. Cash is expected to lead a redefining of Amy’s Kitchen’s sales and marketing strategies, and a continuation of the brand’s dedication to delivering premium, organic food market leadership and growth.
Molter takes the CFO reins from Peter Wong upon his retirement in June. Molter previously served as chief transformation and strategy officer at Amy’s, and has helped shape the business strategy and spearhead financial transformation initiatives. She also has served as vice president of finance at the J.M. Smucker Co. and brings more than 20 years CPG experience and financial stewardship to the new role.
