Snack Mfg. Truly Good Foods Appoints Chief Strategy Officer

July 8, 2024
CFO Eric Leonard will move into newly created role, through which he will steer the company toward its growth and innovation initiatives.

Charlotte, N.C.-based snack manufacturer Truly Good Foods has promoted Eric Leonard to the company’s new chief strategy officer role, effective immediately, as of a June 20 company announcement of the move.

Leonard joined Truly Good Foods in 2022 as chief financial officer, and he moves into the CSO position from that role. The company called him a “cornerstone of the leadership team” whose impact on Truly Good Foods’ financial health and efficiencies has been “profound.”

As CSO, he will be expected to steer the company toward achieving its growth and innovation objectives long-term. He will oversee director-level leaders and drive initiatives across the organization, all while retaining financial oversight and taking on responsibilities in sales, marketing, human resources, IT and supply chain.
