The Hershey Co. Adds PepsiCo Veteran Exec to be Its Chief Growth Officer

Stacy Taffet will oversee Hershey’s snacks portfolio after years driving marketing success at PepsiCo.

The Hershey Co. has announced Stacy Taffet to be its chief growth officer effective Apr. 14, 2025. Taffet will be responsible for driving transformative growth strategies across the company’s snacks portfolio, including the Hershey’s, Reese’s, Jolly Rancher and Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels brands.

Taffet brings two decades of leadership experience, with 15 years of time spent in the CPG business. She most recently served as senior vice president of Beverage Portfolio Strategy and Marketing for PepsiCo. At PepsiCo, she led large teams and multibillion-dollar brands, and oversaw successful marketing transformations of brands such as Pepsi and bubbly. She has experience in brand management, digital marketing, innovation strategy and comprehensive commercial planning.

At Hershey, Taffet is expected to lead the company’s enterprise strategy and key growth capabilities, the company noted, including media and creative investments, marketing innovation, R&D, commercial and consumer intelligence, and brand reputation management. She has been recognized nationally with awards such as Brand Innovators Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing, and AdAge Women to Watch.
