Food Processing's Top 100 List for 2025
The five largest food and beverage companies in the U.S. and Canada remain PepsiCo., Tyson Foods, JBS USA, Nestle and Kraft Heinz – although JBS USA leapfrogged Nestle USA & Canada this year. That's according to our annual reporting of the top food & beverage companies in North America.
Food Processing's 50th annual Top 100© list (as of August 2025) ranks food & beverage processors based on their sales of value-added, consumer-ready (but not necessarily branded) goods that were processed in U.S. and Canadian facilities. While the default for this chart is based on those U.S. and Canadian sales, you can click on any column and sort the list alphabetically, based on 2023 sales, most profitable … every column is sortable.
Most of the sales figures are from calendar 2024, although a few companies have different fiscal years. In addition to the numbers below, click on a company's name and you'll get a profile of that processor, with address and contact info, key executives, brands owned and, in most cases, plant locations.
