FPSA Elects New Directors to FPSA Board and Foundation

Members of the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) elected three new Directors to the FPSA Board on March 11 during their Annual Conference in Scottsdale, AZ.  The new Directors include Ivo Cozzini, (President & CEO of Cozzini Inc, - Chicago IL), Jeff Dahl, (Business Manager JBT FoodTech - Madera CA) and Gene Teeter (President & CEO of Meyer Industries, Inc.- San Antonio TX).

Barry Shoulders (Packaging Technologies) will continue as Chairman of the Board through March, 2010 when the current Vice Chair (Scott Scriven, Weber, Inc) will assume responsibility of Chairman for a two year term.

Members of the Executive Committee include Viggo Nielsen (Immediate Past Chair), Gunther Brinkman (Treasurer) and John Atanasio (Director). The full Board consists of 19 respected leaders of companies that provide solutions for Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical manufacturing in the U.S. and throughout the world.

The Foundation of the Food Processing Suppliers Association also elected three new members to serve on the Foundation Board.  The new Directors include Scott Gregory (Director of Sales, Americas – Bettcher Industries, Vermilion, OH), Dan Larsen (CEO/Managing Director – VNE Corporation, Janesville, WI) and Michael Sherrill (VP/General Mgr - M.G. Newell Corp., Greensboro, NC). 

Jan Kuhlmann (President/CEO – Multivac Inc) will continue as Chairman of the Foundation Board and David Bryant (CEO – The David Bryant Company) will continue as Treasure – both until March, 2010. 

The mission of the FPSA Foundation is to provide education and scholarships to reinvest in the future of the Food and Beverage industries.  The full Board consists of 11 respected leaders of companies that provide solutions for Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical manufacturing in the U.S. and throughout the world.
