Vanilla paste makes for succulent shortbread
Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste is a novel way to add the characteristic vanilla flavor, especially for shortbreads, cookies and other light bakery treats. Neither harsh nor weak, it balances the richness of butter and the sweetness of the sugar while also adding the distinctive vanilla bean specks.
