In-line sifter works directly with vacuum, pneumatic conveying system

Great Western Manufacturing's QA24 In-Line sifter was developed for small to moderate production volumes and to provide an economical quality assurance and HACCP solution for food, pharmaceutical and chemical operations. The QA24 features the same reliable Tru-Balance drive and pneumatic sieve compression system as Great Western's larger in-line machines. The QA24 has third party verification of their conformance to BISCC standards for the design and construction of equipment used in the baking industry.

Like Great Western's larger in-line models, the QA24 is designed to be directly inserted into a vacuum or dilute phase pressure pneumatic conveying system, thus eliminating the need for additional equipment. It has a compact, space saving design that can be easily dismantled for inspection, maintenance or cleaning by one person. The QA24 is available with two to five sieves with a net screen area from 4 to 10 ft².
