Nestle Prepared Foods has rejuvenated its Lean Cuisine Spa Cuisine entrees to contain 5-6g of dietary fiber in each serving, or 20 percent of the recommended daily value.

Not only does each selection have the benefit of fiber, but the chefs at Lean Cuisine have expanded the Spa Cuisine line by offering three new entrées and five new recipes for a total of 16 meals. Inspired by spa chefs from around the country, these craveable cuisines balance taste-tempting ingredients and flavors with great nutrition. From the freezer to your microwave and ready in about five minutes, the new additions to the Spa Cuisine family are perfect for women who want to treat themselves to a nutritious meal that's full of exciting flavors and tantalizing seasoning blends.

Three new varieties include: Apple Cranberry Chicken, a delectable combination of grilled chicken in an apple reduction with cranberries, French-cut green beans and whole wheat pilaf (6g of fiber, 9.63 oz.); Roasted Honey Chicken, a combination of roasted chicken in a sweet honey sauce with snap peas, yellow beans and whole wheat pilaf (5g of fiber, 9.75 oz.); and Thai-Style Noodles with Chicken, roasted chicken, whole wheat noodles, green beans and carrots in a creamy chili peanut sauce (5g of fiber, 9.75 oz.). Five new recipes include: Chicken Pecan, roasted chicken in a maple bourbon sauce with pecans, currants, veggies and whole wheat orzo (5g of fiber, 9 oz.): Lemongrass Chicken, roasted chicken in a lemongrass-ginger sauce with baby corn, broccoli and whole wheat vermicelli (5g of fiber, 9.375 oz.);  Rosemary Chicken, roasted chicken in a lemon-rosemary sauce with carrots, spinach and whole wheat pilaf (5g of fiber, 8.25 oz.); Lemon Chicken,  a flavorful pairing of lightly breaded chicken breasts in a lemon glaze with broccoli, carrots & whole wheat orzo (5g of fiber, 9 oz.); and Ginger Garlic Stir Fry with Chicken, white meat chicken with snap peas, whole wheat pasta & ginger garlic sauce (5g of fiber, 9.875 oz.).

Existing varieties, now with added fiber, include: Butternut Squash Ravioli, Chicken in Peanut Sauce, Chicken Mediterranean, Grilled Chicken Primavera, Hunan Stir Fry with Beef, Salmon with Basil, Sesame Stir Fry with Chicken and Szechuan-Style Stir Fry with Shrimp.
