General Mills Inc. has introduced Nature Valley Soft-Baked Oatmeal Squares and Nature Valley Protein Granola.
The squares come in two flavors: Cinnamon Brown Sugar and Peanut Butter. Each square contains 12-16g of whole grains and is 160 calories or less, making it an ideal morning snack that pairs well with coffee, tea or juice. Six-bar boxes have a suggested retail price of $3.89.
The granola comes in two varieties: Oats 'n Honey and Oats 'n Dark Chocolate. Each serving contains 10g of protein and at least 23g of whole grain. An 11-oz. bag retails for $4.49.
