Stacy’s Bake Shop Bakery Crisps are a sweet and savory line of artisan snacks made from real bakery breads that are sliced thin and twice-baked to achieve the perfect crunch.

Frito-Lay North America, Plano, Texas, the $13 billion convenient foods business unit of PepsiCo, Purchase, N.Y., introduces Stacy’s Bake Shop Bakery Crisps. This new sweet and savory line of artisan snacks is made from real bakery breads that are sliced thin and twice-baked to achieve the perfect crunch. The four varieties are Banana Nut, Herbed Baguette (garlic and rosemary), Pretzel Bread and Vanilla Pound Cake. They pair well with fresh fruit, dips and spreads, or they can be enjoyed on their own.

To encourage trial, the company has developed a number of recipe and serving suggestions that are posted on its website. For an appetizer, the herbed crisp can be topped with chorizo, manchego cheese, smoked green olives and oven dried tomatoes. For something a little richer, the pretzel crisp gets spread with truffle honey and St. Andre cheese, followed by a slice of prosciutto and an arugula leaf. For dessert, the banana nut crisps can be topped with dulce de leche ice cream and a bruleed banana slice or used in a recipe to create white chocolate banana nut bread pudding. There’s a Greek yogurt dip recipe for the vanilla crisps, too.

Stacy’s Bake Shop Bakery Crisps are available in 5-oz. packages for a suggested retail price of $4.29.
