The product is pre-washed, pre-cut and ready to heat with the ability to go from package to plate in just three minutes, with each portion counting as a full serving of vegetables.

Boulder Canyon Riced Vegetables expands the world of riced vegetables with four epicurean-seasoned offerings. They are: Caramelized Onion Cauliflower, Cheddar Cheese Broccoli, Cilantro Lime Cauliflower and Thai Curry Carrot. Additionally, plain varieties of Broccoli, Carrot, Cauliflower and Sweet Potato are available. The 10-oz. unseasoned bags contain three 3.3-oz. servings, whereas the 9-oz. seasoned bags contain three 3.0-oz. servings. The suggested retail price is $2.99 to $3.99 per bag.
