Ocean Spray, an agricultural cooperative owned by more than 700 cranberry farmers, has been busy rolling out new cranberry juice products. Three new beverage lines are:
- Ocean Spray Organic 100% Juice Blends
- Ocean Spray Pure Cranberry (Unsweetened) 100% Juice
- Ocean Spray Mocktails
The last is a line of premium non-alcoholic real juice drinks inspired by favorite cocktails. The three varieties are Cranberry Peach Bellini, Cranberry Sangria and Tropical Citrus Paradise. With 90 calories or less per serving and no high-fructose corn syrup or preservatives, they are a healthful alternative to their alcohol-containing counterparts.
The organic juice drink line has no added sugars, with an 8-oz. glass containing 100-130 calories, depending on the flavor, of which there are three: cranberry, cranberry apple and cranberry blueberry. They come in 1-liter bottles and sell for about $3.99. The new pure unsweetened variety contains no artificial flavors, preservatives or colors and is non-GMO. A 1-liter bottle, which has a suggested retail price of $5.98, provides the health benefits from the juice of more than 900 cranberries. An 8-oz. serving is 60 calories.
