For example, the Beer Glazed Meatballs meal is beef meatballs simmered and reduced in Black Forty Beer Co.’s Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale. These are served atop cheddar mashed potatoes. The Aged Asiago Lasagna is described as freshly made, hand-layered pasta with asiago, creamy ricotta, mozzarella cheese and a hearty tomato meat sauce made with beef raised without added hormones. And labels for the Kentucky Bourbon Glazed Chicken state that the meal is grilled white meat chicken raised without antibiotics and pecans in a bourbon sauce with roasted sweet potatoes.

The other five entrees are: Cheddar & Goat Cheese Mac, Chicken & Cheddar Grits, Smoked Gouda & Chorizo Mac, Spiced Chicken & Couscous and Spicy Tortellini Arrabbiata. The meals vary from 240 to 390 calories per container.
