Authenticity Bubbles to the Top of These Pasta Products

The decades-old Victoria Fine Foods recently introduced its Chef Collection Gourmet Pasta Meals as well as reformulated marinara sauces.

Founded in New York in 1929, Victoria Fine Foods has always committed to using fine ingredients and an authentic slow kettle-cooking process for its homemade taste.

The company’s newest products include the Chef Collection Gourmet Pasta Meals line. This is restaurant-quality cooked pasta in premium sauce sold in clear glass 24-oz jars. These heat-and-serve meal solutions come in Penne Marinara and Penne alla Vodka varieties.

Victoria is also launching a marinara sauce with the same taste as the original but with antioxidant- and omega-rich avocado oil. Last, the company now offers a slow-kettle-cooked premium pizza sauce.

“Victoria is inspired by the energy and authenticity of our hometown of Brooklyn and continues to strive to stay ahead of the latest culinary trends,” says CEO Tim Shanley.

“These four new [products] continue the Victoria tradition. We know our consumers are looking for clean, on-trend ingredients and these sauces fit that criteria.”
