Max leads a team of 22 maintenance personnel and manages many of the company’s major capital projects, bringing hands-on experience and leadership expertise to the manufacturing industry.

His expertise includes data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to help organizations gain visibility into their asset portfolios and make informed decisions about maintenance, repair, and replacement strategies. Dan’s technical proficiency is complemented by his ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
