Forbes recently released its 2022 ranking of America's best employers of which 28 are food and beverage manufacturers.
Partnered with market research company Statista, Forbes surveyed 60,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. The surveys, conducted anonymously, asked respondents to rate their likeliness of recommending their employer. Respondents also rated other factors about their companies on things like working conditions, compensation, and development opportunities.
To come up with 2022 ranking, Forbes generated two lists: one list ranking 500 large companies (defined as having more than 5,000 employees) and 500 midsize companies (defined as having 1,000 to 5,000 employees) that received the most recommendations.
