Mondelēz International will require almost all of its employees to be vaccinated against COVID when it fully reopens its offices in January.

The company announced Oct. 6 that all office personnel would have to be vaccinated before returning to its corporate offices in Chicago, Miami and East Hanover, N.J. It is prepared to make exceptions for religious and medical reasons. The policy will also apply to new hires.

The company announcement, as reported by Bloomberg, did not mention requirements for floor workers. Kraft Heinz and other food companies require vaccinations for office workers, but Tyson Foods so far is the only major food company to extend the mandate to floor workers.
