Conagra Brands has hired an executive away from Unilever to run its supply chain.
Alexandre “Ale” Eboli will be Conagra’s new executive vice president and chief supply chain officer, effective Aug. 2. Eboli will have end-to-end supply chain responsibilities for the company, overseeing teams for manufacturing, procurement, environment, health and safety, plant quality, logistics, transportation and warehousing.
Eboli has worked for more than 25 years at Unilever, most recently as head of supply chain for North America. He was responsible for overseeing manufacturing facilities and co-manufacturers producing personal care, food and ice cream products as well as related functions in planning, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, quality and customer service.
Eboli will succeed Dave Biegger, who is retiring at the end of the current fiscal year.
"It's an exciting time to be joining Conagra Brands," Eboli said in a statement. "The company offers a culture of success, an exceptionally talented employee base, and a strong portfolio of iconic and emerging brands. I look forward to bringing my expertise to Conagra to help accelerate innovation and growth."
