Now in its third year, Forbes' list is part of a collaboration with market research firm Statista, which which respondents are asked to share their opinion on a series of statements about their respective employer’s culture, including aspects such as opportunities for career development, working conditions, salary and wages, and diversity. According to the report, employees were surveyed during March and April 2020.
