Less than four months after taking the job, the CEO of Keurig Dr Pepper has resigned for unspecified violations of the company’s “code of conduct.”
Ozan Dokmecioglu has terminated all connections to Keurig Dr Pepper, resigning as president and board member as well as CEO. The head spot has been retaken by Bob Gamgort, the executive board chairman, who had been CEO before Dokmecioglu took over in late July.
KDP did not disclose any details of Dokmecioglu’s departure, other than to say it was not related to the company’s finances, operations or strategy.
Dokmecioglu served as KDP’s CFO and president of its international division before being promoted to CEO at the end of July.
