Fancy Food Show 2021 In-Person Event Cancelled

Aug. 11, 2021
The Specialty Foods Association announced the in-person event due to take place in late September would be cancelled; however, a digital component would still proceed.

The Specialty Foods Association announced today that its in-person event, The Fancy Foods Show, was being cancelled for 2021. The show—the only event SFA had planned for 2021—was due to take place September 27-29. A digital component called Fancy Food 24/7 will still run as planned September 27-October 8.

According to the announcement, growing concerns over the Delta variant of coronavirus led to the decision.

"While we will miss that special feeling of in-person connections with our industry colleagues, safety remains our number one priority," said Bill Lynch, president of the SFA.
