Bimbo Bakeries USA plans to close three small bakeries, two in northwest New York state and one in San Antonio, Texas, in the coming months.

Bimbo USA notified the New York State Dept. of Labor it plans to close the bakery in Auburn, N.Y., on Sept. 6, idling all 49 employees there. A bakery in Olean, N.Y., will shutter on Nov. 2, laying off all 82 workers. Both are closing because of “reduced capacity in the manufacturing network.”

No information was provided about the closing in San Antonio.

These closings follow three others from earlier this year: plants in Bellevue, Neb., Albuquerque, NM., and Levis, Quebec.
