Mondelēz International has announced several changes to its C-suite, including new heads for logistics and R&D.
Frank Cervi has been named chief supply chain officer. replacing Sandra MacQuillan, who is retiring. Cervi has worked for Mondelēz for almost eight years, starting as senior vice president for integrated supply chain in Europe. He most recently served as head of supply chain strategy.
Also retiring is Rob Hargrove, chief research & development officer, effective in January. His replacement will be Daniel Ramos, who was hired away from Estée Lauder, where he is global senior vice president for packaging. He also has worked for Coty and Revlon.
In addition, Javier Polit, Mondelēz’s chief digital & information officer, has been named to the Mondelēz International Leadership Team, which provides oversight for company strategy.
