Kraft Heinz Announces Three New Executives for its North American Business

Helen Davis and Rebecca Dunphey are new hires, Simon Laroche was promoted from within.

Kraft Heinz Co. hired two new executives from outside and promoted one from within to head pieces of its North American operations.

Helen Davis is new SVP and head of North America Operations. She has more than 25 years of experience leading operations and supply chain for major CPG companies across diverse geographies, most recently as head of supply chain North America Beauty, Wellbeing and Personal Care at Unilever.

Rebecca Dunphey is SVP and president of Fresh, Beverages and Desserts. She has more than 20 years of experience in international and U.S. business unit leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark and Unilever. Most recently, Dunphey was group president for its Clorox Co’s Care & Connection division.

Simon Laroche is the internal promotion, assuming the role of SVP and president of Canada and North America Coffee. He’s been with Kraft Heinz for more than four years, most recently as president of Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Japan. He’s returning to his home country of Canada.
