Vermont dairy cooperative names Dan Serna Chief Financial Officer, Spencer McDonald Senior Vice President of Sales, and promotes Derek Zwegust to Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics.

Agri-Mark Inc./Cabot Creamery Cooperative recently filled three key leadership positions: Dan Serna as Chief Financial Officer, Spencer McDonald as Senior Vice President of Sales and Derek Zwegust as Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics.

Serna worked for Agri-Mark as a college intern in 2004 and again 2008-2010 as a business analyst fresh out of Yale University. He’s since earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and has worked for General Mills and MetLife Investment Management. He replaces Frank Mehm, who retired as CFO at the end of June after nearly 40 years with the cooperative.

McDonald, who joined Agri-Mark earlier this year, worked for Turkey Hill Dairy and Schwan’s Consumer Brands and spent the past two years leading the sales team at Mowi, the world’s largest salmon producer based out of Norway.

Zwegust was promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics after being Director of Corporate Strategy. He started with the cooperative as financial analyst nearly five years ago. He previously worked for Keurig Dr Pepper.
