Kraft Heinz announced a roster of five new executive leadership team members who will partner with new CEO Carlos Abrams-Rivera when he takes the reins of the company at the start of the 2024 fiscal year.

As previously announced, Pedro Navio will be elevated to president, North America. He has been with Kraft Heinz since 2017 and most recently served as president of Taste, Meals, and Away from Home divisions in North America. Prior to his time at Kraft Heinz, he spent more than 15 years at Red Bull.

Willem Brandt becomes the new president, Europe and Pacific Developed Markets — moving into this role from president of Continental Europe. Brandt had more than 20 years of experience with Unilever before joining Kraft Heinz in 2021.

Bruno Keller, who has been with Kraft Heinz in various roles since 2014, will take over the role of president, West and East Emerging Markets. Most recently, Keller served as president, Latin America, and he has been president of the Canadian business as well during his time with the company.

Cory Onell will be promoted to chief omnichannel sales & Asia emerging markets officer. The unique qualities of the Asian emerging markets channel mean it will be its own standalone zone in the company, led by this executive. Onell has been Kraft Heinz’s president of U.S. sales since 2020, with previous sales leadership experience at Campbell’s and Mondelēz under his belt.

Diana Frost becomes the company’s chief growth officer, stepping into this role from her position as chief growth officer for North America. The collaborative and creative culture she drove resulted in 21 Cannes Lions Awards for the group in 2023. Frost joined Kraft Heinz in 2020, following nearly 13 years working for Mars.
