Golden State Foods (GSF) has announced two executive promotions, effective this month, according to a release from the company.
Justin Vannoy will become corporate senior vice president and president of Liquid Products North America (LPNA), and Trisha McRoberts will be corporate vice president and chief procurement officer.
Vannoy will lead the planning and execution of LPNA’s business while McRoberts will broaden the impact of the sourcing team on centralizing the company’s overall procurement of packaging, food ingredients and indirect spend categories.
Vannoy joined GSF in 2021 as corporate vice president and president of LPNA, and previously had served in various leadership roles with TreeHouse Foods, Nestle HealthCare Nutrition, Quaker Oats and PepsiCo.
McRoberts has been GSF’s group vice president of Strategic Sourcing since 2021, after serving as global head of Americas Procurement with McCormick and Co. Inc. She had previously also served in logistics management with Nestlé Purina PetCare Co. and Jack Links Inc.
Editor’s Note: McRoberts recently sat down with Food Processing’s Food For Thought podcast, discussing the trends driving sustainable sourcing and packaging heading into 2024.
