Mars’ Kind Snacks Hires Beth Jarocki as Chief Customer Officer
Beth Jarocki was named chief customer officer for Kind North America, the 2020 acquisition of Mars Inc. She reports to CEO Russell Stokes.
Jarocki has experience with a long list of brands, including Anheuser-Busch, Kraft-Heinz and Bayer Consumer Health. She also worked within entrepreneurial businesses, including Jack Link’s and most recently Tate’s Bake Shop (which was acquired by Mondelez in 2018).
At Tate’s Bake Shop, she accelerated distribution for the brand, delivering a 22% CAGR over five years At Kraft-Heinz, she led the headquarters sales strategy team for the $5.4 billion cheese and dairy business unit following the Kraft-Heinz merger in 2015.
