Teys USA, a subsidiary of global food company Teys, has announced that Raven Kropf will step into the role of president of Teys USA as current president Brent Wolke retires effective June 1, 2024.
Kropf brings more than 23 years of experience in the protein industry, having spent two decades at Cargill before joining Teys (a Cargill joint venture) in 2021 as senior vice president Business Development Value Add. During her time at Cargill, she held roles in procurement, commercial management, category management and sales. Her knowledge, strategic insight and leadership capabilities will help Teys USA move into and through its next phase of growth in the U.S., the announcement noted.
Kropf has been working closely with Wolke since March to transition the role seamlessly moving forward. Her role was made effective March 1, 2024, the release stated.
Wolke retires after serving as president of Teys USA for the past seven years and with more than 37 years of beef industry experience.
Teys USA is a global protein solutions business that delivers high-quality grass- and grain-fed beef products across North America and South America, leveraging more than 75 years of Australian beef industry experience.
