Ex-Starbucks Supply Chain Leader Joins Verde Farms as VP-Ops
Troy Hoover, who was vice president of supply chain operations at cold-pressed juice company Evolution Fresh (previously owned by Starbucks), has joined Verde Farms as vice president of operations.
In addition to leading all production and logistic activities across the company, Hoover will oversee the Verde Farms manufacturing facility based in Pedricktown, N.J. Verde Farms is a processor of organic, 100% grass-fed, 100% pasture-raised beef and has a strong commitment to regenerative agriculture.
Before Evolution Fresh, Hoover had been director of technical services at Starbucks since 2012, enhancing operational strategies and improving performance across multiple sites.
