Poultry Processor Jarrett Foods Names New President

Terry Willis, a 45-year veteran of the industry, will lead the custom poultry solutions provider into the future.

Canon, Ga.-based, poultry processor Jarrett Foods has announced Terry Willis as its new president. Willis brings to the role an extensive background in the poultry industry and a proven record of success, CEO Heath Jarrett said in a release from the company.

Willis has spent the past 45 years in the poultry industry, having led two poultry companies as their president & CEO, and also serving as vice president and director of operations for another major poultry company. He has served as director of a Fortune 500 company as well.

Prior to his time as a senior leader, he has worked his way through numerous departments of poultry processing companies, serving as a human resources manager, production manager, plant manager, director of accounting and purchasing, continuous improvement director and operations director over the years.

Willis will lead Jarrett Foods, which provides custom processing solutions for poultry, including whole bird cut-up, custom breast and thigh deboning, breast and tender hand-portioning, marination, and re-packing services.
