New culinary innovation manager and senior foodservice brand manager are expected to grow that channel’s business for the maker of guacamole, salsas and dips.

Pleasant Prairie, Wis.-based Good Foods, which manufactures guacamole, salsas and dips, has appointed its first-ever culinary innovation manager and also named a new senior foodservice brand manager, according to a release sent by the company.

Chef Yury Krasilovsky will become the company’s culinary innovation manager, while Felicia Pierce-Baity will take on the senior foodservice brand manager role. Good Foods believes these moves highlight its efforts to expand its foodservice business.

Chef Krasilovsky previously served as executive chef of foodservice for Barilla Group, and he will be expected to use that experience to develop new products and applications for Good Foods in the foodservice arena.

Meanwhile, Pierce-Baity joins Good Foods after serving as senior marketing manager at Rana Meal Solutions. She will develop and lead the execution of the company’s foodservice channel strategy.
