Campbell Soup Co. Appoints New Chief Marketing Exec for Meals & Beverages
Campbell Soup Co. has appointed Jill Pratt to be its senior vice president, chief marketing officer of the Meals & Beverages division, according to a release from the company. The appointment was effective July 29, 2024. Pratt takes over for Linda Lee, who left the organization after five years in the role, the release noted.
Pratt steps in to lead the U.S. Consumer Experience team in Meals & Beverages, and will partner within the company to attract new consumers and strengthen customer partnerships. She is expected to continue driving growth, relevance and the modernization of brands such as Campbell’s, Chunky, Michael Angelo’s, noosa, Pace, Pacific Foods, Prego, Rao’s, Swanson, SpaghettiOs and V8.
She will join the Campbell Leadership Team and report to Mick Beekhuizen, executive vice president and president, Meals & Beverages.
Pratt joins Campbell from Heatonist, which partners with hot sauce makers to bring new flavors to market. Prior to that, Pratt had been McCormick & Co.’s first global chief marketing officer. She joined McCormick in 2008 and served in several roles with numerous brands in the company before the CMO role. As the leader of the company’s Marketing Excellence group, she designed and built the global marketing function that she would lead as CMO.
