Nissin Foods USA Names New Chief Human Resources Officer

Karen Robinson joins the company to lead HR programs and set hiring practices for new processing plant in Greenville County, South Carolina.

Top Ramen and Cup Noodles creator Nissin Foods USA has named Karen Robinson to be its chief human resources officer (CHRO), according to an announcement shared by the company.

Robinson is expected to oversee all HR-affiliated programs for Nissin USA in her new role, including employee development, internal culture, training and corporate social responsibility. The company said Robinson will also establish hiring practices for Nissin Foods USA’s third processing plant in Greenville County, S.C., which is expected to open in 2025.

Robinson previously held HR executive roles at Exemplis, Amplify Education, Apollo Education Group, Eaton and Boeing.
