Monogram Foods Appoints New Senior VP of Sales and Business Development

Jessica Reese joins the company after working for Utz Quality Foods and will lead development of strategic sales plans moving forward.

Monogram Foods has appointed Jess Reese to be its new senior vice president of Sales and Business Development, according to a release from the company. Reese is expected to develop the company’s strategic sales plans and meet aggressive growth goals in retail private label and national foodservice channels. She will report directly to CEO Karl Schledwitz.

Reese brings to her new role at Monogram more than two decades of packaged foods industry experience. She most recently served as vice president of Sales at Utz Quality Foods, where she led the small format and alternate channels. Reese also was Utz’s senior director of Trade Marketing and Revenue Management prior to that role. Previous to her tenure at Utz, Reese had held various sales, planning and revenue management roles across multiple channels, categories and businesses.
