Campbell Promotes Two VPs in New Enterprise Transformation Office
Daniel Poland, already an executive vice president and chief supply chain officer, remains an EVP but takes on the newly created title of chief enterprise transformation officer. Poland will continue to report to president/CEO Mark Clouse and remain a member of Campbell’s operating committee.
Cassandra Green, until now senior vice president of manufacturing and supply chain category leadership, keeps her SVP title but becomes head of supply chain, reporting to Poland. She will oversee the company’s end-to-end supply chain including manufacturing, procurement, customer logistics and planning, operational excellence, as well as manufacturing and supply chain category leads.
Poland will lead a new Enterprise Transformation Office “to accelerate business performance, elevate capabilities and drive continuous improvement … a cross-functional team to drive digital transformation, integrated business planning, innovation process, food safety and quality, sustainability and create the supply chain network of the future,” the company’s announcement said.
“Transformation is essential to stay nimble and to accelerate our growth in pursuit of setting the standard for performance in the food industry,” said Clouse.
Poland, who joined Campbell in 2022, has been a supply chain specialist throughout his career, which has included stops at Kind Snacks, Pinnacle Foods, WhiteWave Foods and H.J. Heinz Co.
