Brendan Foley Succeeds Lawrence Kurzius as McCormick Chairman
McCormick’s previous CEO Lawrence Kurzius, who holds the title of executive chairman of the board, will end his eight years as chairman on Dec. 31, to be succeeded by current CEO Brendan Foley.
Foley will be just plain chairman, although continuing as CEO. Kurzius will continue briefly as a board member for McCormick, where he was employed for 22 years, but he will not stand for re-election at the company's annual shareholder meeting in March 2025.
Foley succeeded Kurzius as CEO in September 2023. He’s been with McCormick for 10 years.
