Rich Products Adds New Chief People Officer to Executive Team

Monica Novomisle joins Rich’s after working as chief people officer for KraftHeinz.

Rich Products has added Monica Novomisle to its executive team, hiring her to be the company’s new executive vice president, chief people officer, according to a release shared by Rich’s.

Novomisle brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, having specialized in fostering high-performing cultures and teams, the company noted. She will lead Rich’s Associate Experience Network (AEN) and oversee human resources, communications and workplaces.

She most recently was chief people officer for KraftHeinz North America, having joint oversight of $20 billion in revenue as part of the company’s leadership team, and caring for 20,000 corporate and frontline employees. She also worked for Diageo and Tory Burch over the years, living and working across the globe in Beijing, Chicago, Hong Kong, New York, Shanghai and Toronto, among other locations.
