Rachel Ferdinando Promoted to CEO of PepsiCo U.S. Foods

She was president of PepsiCo Foods Canada, now will lead Quaker Foods and Frito-Lay, representing more than $21 billion in net revenue.

Rachel Ferdinando, until now president of PepsiCo Foods Canada, has been promoted to CEO of PepsiCo U.S. Foods, meaning she will oversee not only the Quaker Foods division but also all of Frito-Lay, more than $21 billion in net revenue in 2023.

She joined PepsiCo in 2017, starting as a senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Frito-Lay North America. From there, she became president of PepsiCo Foods Canada, which also including both Frito-Lay and Quaker businesses in Canada.

In all, Ferdinando has more than two decades of experience in consumer-packaged goods, having been vice president and global sector leader at Kimberly Clark Corp. and earlier at SmithKline.
